The quick answer is that it is not possible to output the Tabbed UI screen differently.

The Meeting List Generator plugin uses a template to allow the user to define the structure of the meetings in the printed output. The Tabbed UI plugin does have this capability.

With that said, I have thought about adding that capability to the plugin. It would require a significant modification to the plugin to accomplish this. Perhaps early next year when I complete some of the other projects I am working on.
