Three new features were added to the Meeting List Generator plugin.
1. Option to configure the weekday (column) header as English, Spanish or both.
2. Meeting template field for meeting duration in hours or minutes.

3. Meeting template field for Area. This could be used in co-mingled, metro or regional meeting lists.

There are two shortcodes.
duration_h = Meeting duration in hours = 1.0, 1.5, etc.
duration_m = Meeting duration in minutes = 60, 90, etc.
I neglected to add these fields to the meeting template fields dropdown. So, I added them.
I also renamed the dropdown from meeting fields to meeting template fields.
