I used to have the same problem until I made sure that the document is not checked to adjust the margins. It usually is checked so make sure it’s unchecked before printing. You lose about 1/4″ on all sides. I think this is a throwback to the days of dot matrix and other very old printers. I think it also screws your column margins as well. :-/

The most frequent issue when going to print is selecting the “fit to page” option.

I have achieved the best results when not selecting this option.

Occasionally, it may be necessary to adjust the margin settings in the Meeting List Generator page layout settings.

The same problem exists on the Space Coast Area meeting list: https://nameetinglist.org/florida-region-space-coast-by-city/?current-meeting-list=1 in that it has Greater Orlando meetings only.

Nice! Suggest you add to the instructions to Ctrl-click to get rid of meetings you accidentally clicked. 😉

Tim, I apologize for that mishap. I was testing a new feature on your meeting list. It is now back to the way it was. I will refrain from testing on live meeting lists in the future. Thanks, Jack.

I think it might be better on the password field to allow the characters to be seen or have a second box that asks to reenter the password. I can see that someday someone is going to lock themselves out. 😉
