hey guys and gals i just added a flyer list to the site and i put in two sections one for events in our area and one for events not in our area so if anyone is in the florida region and or with in a couple of hours of central florida and would like your event flyers uploaded to our areas website then please check out here http://www.colana.org/flyersevents

Thank you Janice I was looking at a calendar at the beginning but I opted for a monthly newsletter instead. Unfortunately at the moment I’m doing this all by myself. There are several open positions on our IT subcommittee It’s alot of work but hopefully implementing databases and auto replies etc will help lighten the load until the service positions are filled.

lol. Great idea, I wont have to come up with an IT policy either XD just give it all to PI and you its funny you mention that because I was looking at PI the other day and we just got a PI chair a few months ago and i was thinking PI AND IT are kinda the same no? and weather or not it would be best to put them both under one umbrella?

We wrote this in the Bay Cities Area (http://baycitiesna.com/subcommittees/website/) in the mid nineties. We rewrote this one a couple of years ago in the Space Coast Area. If you like it I can send you the Word file so you can do the appropriate edits. Then go to the ASC and tell them you got a great idea and you got a set of guidelines to put it all together. 🙂
