Humped the bunk!

I had a security plugin causing problems and it went south from there. I got the meeting list generator working, but I can’t get the Tabbed UI up. Just get lots of PHP errors. Whatever I did it also caused PHP errors in our theme as well so I changed the theme as well. Any ideas on a simple fix for this?
