Here is an example of how the meeting email contact works.
https://nameetinglist.org/uncoast/?current-meeting-list=1
Notice the email field for each meeting. You can add an email address for each meeting in bmlt.
You then add the meeting template field “email” to the meeting template editor.
I did not get the link you sent earlier.

Hi Jack, I sent the link using the contact option under support a little earlier. Did you get it?
I put mine back in there. And I only tried the admin login cause I couldn’t get the other to work without that warning). How do I “Enable the Meeting Email Contact (email_contact) field in the Meeting Template.”
Under the table that lists time,…[Read more] -

Hi Lucy, it looks like your server is configured to display PHP warnings. This is normally turned off. The error you are getting will not hurt anything though and everything should still work. Except, I think you shouldn’t be using the bmlt admin login. I believe there is a special login for that. Take a look at the help for the meeting email…[Read more]

I’m getting a warning when I enable the “Meeting Email Contact”
I’ve put the bmlt root server admin login/password, i’ve put mine:
Warning: unlink(/home1/natennes/public_html/cookie.txt): No such file or directory in /home1/natennes/public_html/wp-content/plugins/bmlt-meeting-list-generator/bmlt-meeting-list.php on line 383 -

The Sandwich server doesn’t yet support all functionality of a traditional BMLT root server. As of today it supports the newest BMLT mobile app and BMLT satellite plugin.
There is some functionality that is on the roadmap https://github.com/radius314/sandwich/issues/5
There is also some work being done to support the meeting list plugin.

The problem was a plugin called Huge-It Video Player. Deleted it and the problem went bye bye. Now we are looking for a free video player not using JQuery. We have another JQuery plugin for a flip book and it throws errors as well. Is this a common problem when you have more than one plugin that uses JQuery Chris?

It now is pulling data in from all known BMLT root servers according to Danny G. I did some looking around the world and there is some major gaps so perhaps this tech might get those NA service bodies off the fence and motivated to putting up a root server. 🙂

I just checked in another Area’s Tabbed UI settings and our Area is definitely missing. I’m starting to think the best solution is to put up our own root server.

We are having issues with pulling meeting and group data off the FR root server on our meetings page using the Tabbed UI interface: “The East Central Florida Area has Groups and meetings a week from Mims to Palm Bay in Brevard County.” We now are showing 2 Groups and 6 meetings. This appears to be because it defaulted to the Bahamas Area.

What I’ve learned from this whole experience is that we may be reconsidering using the Tabbed UI because anytime we install another JQuery plugin there is always a warning about another JQuery plugin causing any problems. LOL

I posted a question concerning this issue in the theme designer’s forum and another user directed me to this page. Can anyone tell me of this is something I can do or is it a Jack deal?

Just noticed that if you click on more than one meeting abbreviation they all stay up on the screen.

Anyone ever had this problem when clicking on the Tabbed UI meeting abbreviations? It works fine to show the abbreviations, but the abbreviations get stuck on and can only be gotten rid of by refreshing the page or using the back button. This appears only on this page: https://www.eastcentralfloridana.org/meetings/
