Sometimes quickly, sometimes really slow!

Here are the shortcodes for inserting the legend into the meeting list.

[format_codes_used_basic]

This will insert only the format codes that are used by the meetings in the meeting list.

I thought I had seen other areas that had different legend’s than us. There must be a way for us to produce a different legend as our BMLT page at http://naflorida.org/bmlt_server has 40 legend entries. Our legend only has 20 entries. Changing the meeting abbreviations in the Legend is not possible using the plugin.

The meeting legend is stored in the BMLT server database. It is shared by everyone using that particular server. If a meeting abbreviation is changed it will affect every meeting on the server using that code.

I used to have the same problem until I made sure that the document is not checked to adjust the margins. It usually is checked so make sure it’s unchecked before printing. You lose about 1/4″ on all sides. I think this is a throwback to the days of dot matrix and other very old printers. I think it also screws your column margins as well. :-/

The most frequent issue when going to print is selecting the “fit to page” option.

I have achieved the best results when not selecting this option.

Occasionally, it may be necessary to adjust the margin settings in the Meeting List Generator page layout settings.
