If I can be of any assistance I would be glad to help. Check out our meeting lists under the South Florida Region – East Central Florida Area. We have meeting lists by day and by city. The city one is designed for PI use. You can export the settings and import them into your meeting list if you find them usable.

What do we need to modify to get rid of the search boxes in the headings for Cities, Groups, and Formats? I have an older Brother MFC-490CW with a continuous inking system so I’m not to keen on upgrading my printer while this one still prints out thousands of pages on $20 of ink. I have a friend (John A.) here that can’t get the PDF output (live or when I make a hard copy) to print right on his Brother printer when trying to use duplex (two-sided) printing where it flips the paper. What happens is that one side is upside down and other things are being changed as well IIRC.

It fixed the problem with the covered up Tab names. Now the tabs show two “Cities” tabs, but one of the “Cities” tabs has the correct “Groups” information. Also the width of the drop down lists should be widened a tad as it covers up a couple of the letters:

Anyone got any ideas as to why the Column Separator Line isn’t printing? I can see it on the screen on the generated meeting list, but it doesn’t get printed. :-/

If anyone has this problem and you are using a tether app for your cell phone here is the answer. If you decide not to pay the fee for USB/WiFi/BlueTooth tethering you have to get an app like PDANet+. Jack, I can’t get the WYSIWYG text editor to even show. Also I discovered this box and the Meeting List Shortcodes dropdown box doesn’t exist either. I think you as admin can probably see all this, but my privileges must be limited to a different extent.

The Front Page can be customized with text, graphics, tables, shortcodes, ect.

Been having some issues with the tabbed interface where the drop down arrows are obscuring the Cities, Groups, Locations, etc. text boxes. I looked on the WP.org site and someone mentioned that it was some kind of interference with the Timel.y All in One Event Calendar. So am I getting the correct idea that what produces the Spanish legend is simply the short code of [format_codes_used_basic_es] ?
