In our country, we use both time format depending the language. French people are rather likes 24h format and English people, 12h am/pm format. For French people, I did change the PHP constant ‘h:i a’ to ‘G:i’ on line 394,394, 657 and 658 into the bmlt-tabbed-ui.php script.
