Jack started the topic New (VPS) Server in the forum Support 9 years, 4 months ago
The website has been moved to a new server. The new server is a Linode VPS running Ubuntu 16.04 LTS with NGINX. It’s blazing fast (at least 50% faster). Most small to medium size meeting lists now generate in seconds.
The reason for the move was the old hosting company kept overselling their servers (shared hosting) causing performance issues…[Read more]

Hi Janice,
I’m glad that you were able to include the service meetings. 🙂
I can see your point. If the service meetings are not included in the list of regular meetings, there is no need to include ASM in the meeting legend.
I’ll be sure to incorporate that logic in the next version.
Thanks,

Hi Janice,
Thanks for reporting that issue. It seems Andriod stopped working with old map url.
I changed it from http://www.google.com to maps.google.com and it should be working now.

Hi All,
Wanted to take a moment to share what has been happening with me. Especially for the benefit of anyone that tried to reach me over the past 4 months.
In mid-February I had a massive heart attack. Had it not been for a good friend being present it may have had a different outcode. The short version is I was treated immediately with 4…[Read more]

Hi Walter,
Thanks for reporting this anomaly (i.e. bug) and sorry you had to spin your wheels before I could address this.
Anyway, as you suspected the State value (California) from BMLT was being inserted into the street address.
This was happening because the string “state” is a meeting template field or placeholder which gets replaced with…[Read more]

Hi Claude,
I tested your page and it failed on all browsers.
It seems there may be a problem with PHP cURL on your server.
If you caN send me ftp credentials to your server in a private email I will be happy to take a look.

Hi Frank,
I went ahead and created a duplicate of the Northern Counties Area meeting directory on the site.
You now have access (and can edit) both meeting directories for the Northern Counties Area.
You can import the settings for your new meeting directory anytime without my assistance.
Let me know of that works for you.
Thanks and Happy…[Read more]

Hi Frank,
The answer is yes and no.
Yes, you can have additional directories (meeting lists) on nameetinglist.org.
Let me know if this is what you need. I can duplicate the current one.
No, for local sites the plugin only supports one directory per WordPress installation.
A workaround could be to install another WordPress on your server in a…[Read more]

Hi Steve,
Make the table width = 100%. You can find that in the table properties or in the html use this.
Happy New Year!
