Jack, is it possible to output data to the screen differently than what it’s currently set at?
http://www.eastcentralfloridana.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/2015-11-15_5-20-40.pngI just changed the order on our meeting lists to: [time] [group, street, city, state, zip, location, info, (formats) comments] and would like to do the same on the screen.

Is this caused by us using an old theme? The one we got is called “Attorney.” Would changing to a different theme eliminate a lot of problems for us?

Janice replied to the topic How to change the meeting abbreviations in the Legend in the forum Support 10 years, 1 month ago
Sometimes quickly, sometimes really slow!
I see now that our meeting list legend changes automatically depending on what meeting code selections we utilize in the Root Server Administration Console, correct?
So by going through the process to add something we can have new abbreviations to use. Am I assuming this would be decided upon by FRSC…[Read more]

I thought I had seen other areas that had different legend’s than us. There must be a way for us to produce a different legend as our BMLT page at http://naflorida.org/bmlt_server has 40 legend entries. Our legend only has 20 entries. Perhaps I didn’t word the question properly. We would like in some instances to add to or delete the current…[Read more]

I asked about this a while back and I was never able to figure out where to change this stuff in the plugin. Can you give us a short set of directions as how to do it? I sense that our area and the Space Coast Area would like to change a few things. ๐

I used to have the same problem until I made sure that the document is not checked to adjust the margins. It usually is checked so make sure it’s unchecked before printing. You lose about 1/4″ on all sides. I think this is a throwback to the days of dot matrix and other very old printers. I think it also screws your column margins as well. :-/

The same problem exists on the Space Coast Area meeting list: https://nameetinglist.org/florida-region-space-coast-by-city/?current-meeting-list=1 in that it has Greater Orlando meetings only.

Nice! Suggest you add to the instructions to Ctrl-click to get rid of meetings you accidentally clicked. ๐

Greetings!
I think it might be better on the password field to allow the characters to be seen or have a second box that asks to reenter the password. I can see that someday someone is going to lock themselves out. ๐

Thanks Jack! The little “?” are gone and I locked down our meeting list last night on our site and will do so on the cloud today. I tried opening it up in Word and that’s not possible now. The password protection is good because it also prevents those who have PDF editing software as well. ๐

I’ll second it. ๐ The persons in question got taken to task last night and I’m hoping it won’t happen again, but I’m guessing someone else who thinks they have a better idea will do it again. So if it’s easy it would be a good deal to me. Essentially I would like it so they can download it and print it as that’s what it is there for. ๐
