If I can be of any assistance I would be glad to help. Check out our meeting lists under the South Florida Region – East Central Florida Area. We have meeting lists by day and by city. The city one is designed for PI use. You can export the settings and import them into your meeting list if you find them usable.

The language (localization) for meetings are handled on the server side.

Here is a BMLT server that is localized in French.

I’m happy to hear the San Diego Imperial Region and Areas are reaping the benefits of the meeting list generator and BMLT as a whole. This is an ideal example for using the tool as it was intended.

Select short edge binding.

This is usually not available in the browser print dialog.

You may need to print using system (or printer) dialog.

I don’t have acrobat installed, but there should be a short edge selection in there as well.

I have an older Brother MFC-490CW with a continuous inking system so I’m not to keen on upgrading my printer while this one still prints out thousands of pages on $20 of ink. However, I have to print one side at a time. This does seem to be a common issue with these dual sided printers: Dual side printing issues

I have a friend (John A.) here that can’t get the PDF output (live or when I make a hard copy) to print right on his Brother printer when trying to use duplex (two-sided) printing where it flips the paper. What happens is that one side is upside down and other things are being changed as well IIRC.

Correct. There is no easy way to insert an asterisk for Space Coast meetings.

This question came up in the Orlando Area when the Central Florida Area split. They were both on the same meeting list for quite a while. The end result was the same. It would not be reasonably possible to insert an asterisk to distinguish the different areas.
