am i not using this correctly or is it a bug? i added the service meeting tag from the short code list and added my areas service meetings into the bmlt root server, which shows up in the bmlt tabbed version on our website. however for the meeting list the tag just shows instead of displaying the area service meetings. thanks for all you do jack.

The quick answer is no, BMLT does not auto submit your meeting information to world.
Here is a good screencast that (hopefully) explains how to synchronize BMLT with NAWS.

put the page break tag back in and it works just fine. i noticed this a couple of days ago, you are awesome Jack thanks for everything. I also have a question while im here about the world code option in the bmlt server, if i add the codes does the region server auto submit the meeting information to world?

Hey Kevin. There “was” definitely an issue with the page break not working.
It was fixed in the last update (v1.1). I failed to mention it in the change log.
A possible anonymoly could occur if you updated the plugin and had the cache turned on.
The cached PDF would continue to show the meeting list from the previous plugin version.

hey jack just thought i would let you know on the site here the phone numbers on the last page were showing up on the 3rd page and showing the [page break] tag, for someone reason it was not working. So I removed the page break allowed for white space and just added white space to put the numbers all on the last page. Just letting you know in…[Read more]

Thanks Jack! The little “?” are gone and I locked down our meeting list last night on our site and will do so on the cloud today. I tried opening it up in Word and that’s not possible now. The password protection is good because it also prevents those who have PDF editing software as well. 🙂

I’ll second it. 😉 The persons in question got taken to task last night and I’m hoping it won’t happen again, but I’m guessing someone else who thinks they have a better idea will do it again. So if it’s easy it would be a good deal to me. Essentially I would like it so they can download it and print it as that’s what it is there for. 🙂

Thanks for that link Claude and the suggestion Janice.
It should be fairly simple to add a few fields to enable protection and set a password.
This would configurable per meeting list.
Would anyone like to second this? Or any other feedback?
